Al Tahoe

Stateline
The city of Stateline officially lies in Nevada, however the surrounding area is known at the Stateline neighborhood. This is Tahoe South’s downtown area. Here you will find Lake Tahoe’s most popular casinos, restaurants and retail stores.
Tahoe Island Drive & Tahoe Island Park
Tahoe Island Drive and Tahoe Island Park neighborhoods are located near the Y, behind the TJMaxx shopping center. Home to the Tahoe Valley Elementary School, it is a quiet community yet very conveniently located.
Tahoe Keys
The Tahoe Keys community is on of the finest South Lake Tahoe neighborhoods. Known for its high end waterfront homes and easy access to Lake Tahoe. If you desire a waterfront home but can’t afford lakefront, Tahoe Keys is for you!
The Y Area

County Neighborhoods
Black Bark
The Black Bart Neighborhood is between the Sierra Tract and Pioneer Trail across from the Cold Creek area of Montgomery Estates. Black Bart is home to the man-made, Lake Christopher which dried up in the 80’s leaving Trout Creek to meander through the meadow on its way to Lake Tahoe.
Christmas Valley
The Truckee River runs through the area and many homes have the luxury of being right on the river! As with most areas on this side of Tahoe South, residents can experience a full range of outdoor recreation including mountain biking, hiking, backcountry skiing, sledding, and fishing.
Country Club Estates
This area gets its name from the streets being named after popular golf courses like Pebble Beach and Thunderbird. This is one of the favorite neighborhoods of Tahoe locals and vacationers alike, since many of the homes have amazing, unfiltered views of the South and West shore mountains.
Meyers
As you drive into the basin on Hwy 50 coming down from Echo Summit, Meyers CA is the first town you hit on the South Shore. It is an unincorporated community within the 96150 zip code. Established in 1851, Meyers started out as a stagecoach stop, trading post and Pony Express station.
Montgomery Estates
Newer homes and larger lots comprise Montgomery Estates. Close to everything in the city but located in the county. Some homes have mountain and lake views and most enjoy privacy, peace and quite.
North Upper Truckee
The North Upper Truckee neighborhood is mountain living at its finest. With a plethora of mountain views, meadows, and the Truckee River running through it, residents can experience a full range of outdoor recreation. Pioneer Trail
